The whole session was calming, effective and excellent. I left feeling relaxed and much better (body aches & leg pain). Highly recommend her and will definitely book her again.

★★★★★Complaint Regarding Aggressive Hard Selling at Glamour+ (Century Square) I would like to lodge a complaint regarding a very unpleasant experience involving aggressive hard selling by a beautician at Glamour+ Century Square. Previously, I had already signed a facial package costing over S$6,000, which includes scheduled facial treatments. During my recent visit for one of the facial sessions included in this package, the beautician who attended to me persistently pressured me to purchase an additional “buy-one-get-one-free” ultra face-lift treatment using a machine, priced at S$1,880. I informed her clearly that the price was very expensive and that I only wanted to try the service once. She reluctantly offered a one-time trial price of S$950, which I agreed to. However, after the treatment was completed, she continued to aggressively persuade me to sign up for the S$1,880 promotion. She even suggested that I could pay by installments if I had budget constraints. Despite my repeated reluctance, the hard selling did not stop. This behavior made me feel extremely uncomfortable, unhappy, and irritated. The pricing offered was also not transparent, and the constant pressure significantly affected my overall experience. I deeply regret stepping into this establishment. As I have already committed to the S$6,000+ package, I have no choice but to complete the remaining sessions. However, I will not return to this outlet once the package is fully utilized. If such aggressive hard-selling tactics occur again during my next visit, I will proceed to submit a formal report to CASE. I hope the management will take this matter seriously and review the conduct of their staff to ensure customers are treated with respect and not subjected to undue pressure.
