Special Needs Trust Company Ltd (SNTC)

The Special Needs Trust Company Ltd (SNTC) is a non-profit trust company in Singapore that provides affordable trust services to individuals with special needs. SNTC is supported by the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) and partners with the Public Trustee's Office to manage and invest the trust funds. The government guarantees the principal value of the funds. Since 2014, SNTC has been responsible for administering the Special Needs Savings Scheme (SNSS). This scheme allows parents to nominate a fixed monthly payout from their CPF savings to their child with special needs. SNTC's services are designed to empower caregivers to create proper plans and arrangements that will enhance the financial well-being of their loved ones with special needs. The organization is served by a board of volunteers from the legal, medical, and banking professions, and has a team of dedicated Case Managers with social work experience who understand and care about the caregivers and their loved ones.
